About Us

The Social Catalyst Strategy trains believers to build real, caring relationships online—especially with Gen Z—by helping them understand the identity struggles young people face and communicate in ways that make others feel seen before offering solutions. Students learn to use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to create safe, growth‑oriented conversations, respond with biblical hope, and recognize when someone is genuinely seeking help. As trust develops, they guide people from online interaction to simple, low‑pressure in‑person meetings and learn to spot emerging leaders who begin helping others. Every participant is expected to already be a disciple in a local church and to carry a genuine burden for the lost, since this training is one step toward becoming a Master Catalyst—someone committed to serving others through meaningful, redemptive online ministry.

This training is part of a series of training that equips believers interested in social media outreach to join the ranks of a Master Catalyst, a growing category of media leaders willing to serve others. The program is offered in three distinct, high-impact formats. Each training version maintains a strict 70% practical activity ratio, ensuring that theory is immediately transformed into skill. The Social Catalyst Accelerator Manual is a great place to start.
